About The Role:We're seeking a skilled Digital Learning Experience Designer to create engaging eLearning modules and develop onboarding programs for our retail teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Revitalize existing digital content and design new learning experiences.
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs through our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning theory.
- Strong understanding of supporting customer-facing teams and their development needs.
- Ability to work closely with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Create and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our diverse teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of LMS administration and quality assurance activities.
