Technology Leadership Opportunity

The Chief Technology Officer plays a pivotal role in shaping the technological foundation of an innovative hospitality business.

This hands-on position involves leading engineering, integrations, cyber, dev-ops teams, AI adoption, and collaborating closely with the broader team to ensure technology remains robust and future-ready.

Main Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage multiple teams to design and deliver new features and enhancements to our products and services.
  • Manage API management, partner integrations, and the safe, effective use of AI.
  • Prioritize production support issues and ensure we maintain our SLAs.
  • Proactively manage resourcing, prioritization, and delivery activities to optimize time to market and financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with x15 Workplace to ensure our workplace tools are fit for purpose and meet the needs of our business.

About You

  • You will have previous work experience as a Chief Technology Officer or another similar leadership role, generally with 7-10+ years of practical industry experience.
  • You will be comfortable working collaboratively with various business domains.
  • You will be passionate about leveraging AI to drive tech uplift and business objectives.
  • You will have experience working in a startup environment and contributing to a startup team culture.
