Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to manage our team of operations and development professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in developing, implementing, and architecting information systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in developing, implementing and architecting information systems
  • Expertise in NetCracker version 22 and above
  • Good understanding of Configuration management, DNR, Network planning and designing, Service inventory, service activation and service order management
  • Good understanding of RDB engine and RDB light in terms of functional knowledge, issue triage and recovery
  • Experience analyzing NetCracker related performance issues caused by long running sessions, garbage collection, hogging threads and stuck threads
  • Good understanding of ITSM processes and experience in managing resolution of critical incidents across multiple groups, platforms and stakeholders
  • Covering Fulfilment & Assurance stack for Enterprise & Cloud solutions
  • Good understanding of NetCracker, Oracle Activation Manager, SOM etc.
  • Proven experience defining E2E OSS solutions for large Telcos
  • Familiarity with TMF standards – eTOM, TAM, SID

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be proactive in closing out dependency items and have experience with technical skills in SOA and web services.
