Repair Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Repair Supervisor to join our team in Newcastle NSW. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for project management of end-to-end repair or building work.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with sub-contractors, including building surveyors, engineers, and local authorities.
- Develop a critical understanding of building methodologies and sequences for project coordination and delivery.
- Prepare and submit variations to clients, including quoting, estimating, and supporting documentation.
- Plan and manage project costs, including forecasts, estimating, quoting, cost flow, and cost controls.
- Supervise and inspect work to ensure compliance with WHS legislation.
- Conduct quality audits and implement quality controls within project delivery.
- Maintain client satisfaction, adhering to contract requirements and Service Level Agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with building regulations and industry practices.
- Industry experience in building supervising or project management.
- Certificate III in Building, Diploma in Construction Management, or similar trade qualification.
- Relevant OH&S Induction Construction Cards.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and work under pressure.
- Adaptability and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the Newcastle/Central West regions.
