Repair Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of insurance repair claims. Your specific duties will include:
- Allocating repairs to our panel of subcontractors
- Managing job delivery within time and budgetary constraints
- Managing the tendering process to obtain the most cost-effective and appropriate solution
- Managing a portfolio of claims
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Overseeing the process of appropriate invoicing and retention of claims for complex and high-risk work
About You
You will ideally have 2-3 years of experience working in an administration or scheduling role within the building, construction, or maintenance industries. You will be self-driven, able to work autonomously and within a team, and possess the following skills:
- Strong administration and scheduling experience
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and/or exposure to other computer systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A current driver's license and willingness to undergo a National Police Check
