About the Role

Cancer Council NSW is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Casual Retail Consultant. In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Cancer Council NSW, specialising in all aspects of sun protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customers receive outstanding service and support.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, including sun protection products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets, with proceeds contributing to cancer research and support programs.

About You

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Has exceptional customer service skills and a great communication approach.
  • Has previous retail experience, including working to a budget and KPIs.
  • Is available for a minimum of 3-5 shifts per week, with flexibility to work on a casual contract, including weekends and late night trading.
  • Can work effectively both within a team and autonomously.
  • Has a positive attitude and an empathetic nature.
