Paediatric Psychology Expert

The Paediatric Psychologist (Senior) role provides high level professional and clinical psychology services as a member of a multidisciplinary team within our community-based service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and assist in the coordination of psychology and multidisciplinary child development service delivery.
- Contribute to education and training in the field of child development, including professional supervision and mentoring.
- Participate in service development/improvement activities within the Child Development Program.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Psychologist. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- High level clinical experience and knowledge in paediatric developmental psychology, systems theory and developmental disability.
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge to transdisciplinary assessment and intervention approaches within a family centred practice framework.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to continually develop practice knowledge, skills and expertise through professional development and research activities.
- Honesty, integrity, and respect for all patients, carers, and staff.
Mandatory Requirements
You must be vaccinated against certain vaccine preventable diseases.
