We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy services.

Job Description

We are open to discussions with OTs of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

If you are interested in Paediatrics or have specific caseload interests, we would like to speak with you.

Daily responsibilities
  • Managing caseloads and delivering therapeutic services
  • Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
  • Formulating treatment goals based on assessments
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Supporting adaptations to environments such as home, school, or work
  • Recommending Assistive Technologies to promote independence
  • Staying compliant with current legislation
Candidate requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and motivated to learn and improve
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Passion for working in the disability sector
