Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Albany, WA. As an Occupational Therapist with IPAR, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing occupational rehabilitation services to help them achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case management and caseload management
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
  • Working across various schemes, including workers compensation, compulsory third party, and employer-funded injury prevention programs
Requirements
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA or ASORC or ESSA or AASW or relevant governing body
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry (highly regarded)
  • Fabulous communication skills and compassion, kindness, and empathy
  • Well-developed time management skills and a current valid Driver's License with comprehensive insurance
