Regional Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our leadership team as a Regional Operations Executive.

This exciting role will support our Sydney Western Suburbs and Parramatta operations by providing strategic support, operational guidance, and sales expertise to achieve financial targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maximising regional revenue and profitability through effective business planning and execution.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, member acquisition, and secondary revenue streams.
  • Managing cost lines to budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal performance.
  • Coaching and mentoring club management to deliver exceptional service, achieve sales budgets, and execute on fitness product delivery.
  • Empowering teams to take ownership of results and implement process improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Essential 5+ years of experience in an Operations Management role, managing medium to large-sized teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial results and KPIs in a customer-centric environment.
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills to inspire and develop talent.
  • Desirable Bachelor of Business or related tertiary degree.
  • Multi-site management experience.
  • Previous experience in the Health and Fitness Industry.
