Civil Site Supervisor Role

Civil site supervisors play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by overseeing onsite civil works, personnel, and contractors. They are responsible for managing day-to-day aspects of civil construction, providing empowering leadership to site teams and facilitating effective communication with site managers and construction managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise civil works on large-scale projects
  • Lead site teams and ensure safe working practices
  • Communicate effectively with site managers and construction managers
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of civil construction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience supervising civil works on large-scale projects
  • Strong leadership skills and track record in a supervisor capacity
  • Proficient computer literacy with ability to work with MS Office Suite
  • Strong focus on safety culture and demonstrated knowledge of SQE
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
