About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Manager to oversee a national commercial and retail portfolio, leading a dedicated team and building strong relationships with clients and landlords.
Responsibilities- Protect and enhance the investment performance of the portfolio through diligent management.
- Facilitate resources to maintain services and resolve property issues.
- Liaise with owners regarding management, providing recommendations and conducting negotiations.
- 8+ years' experience in property management.
- Class 1 Real Estate license preferred, Class 2 essential.
- Strong knowledge of building services and real estate market activities.
- Strong Excel skills and organizational abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
