We are in an exciting growth phase and we need a Technical Specialist to join our Product Support team. The ideal candidate will manage technical assistance requests, develop solutions by identifying emerging issues, create opportunities, maintain the database, and work with teams to monitor machine alerts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical assistance requests from Service Departments using Case Contact Management System software.
  • Develop Technical Solutions by identifying emerging issues in the field, developing repair procedures, and creating sales opportunities.
  • Maintain the Technical Solution database and utilize remote tools.
  • Monitor machine alerts, work with Machine Monitoring and Service teams, and follow up on previous recommendations.
  • Provide coverage during peak times and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Qualified heavy duty technician certificate or equivalent experience recommended.
  • Minimum 5 years service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agriculture equipment and dealership service departments.
  • Ability to filter and correlate data sources.
  • Understanding of effective inspection processes and equipment lifecycle planning.
