Hotel Cleaning Assistant

We are seeking experienced and skilled individuals to join our team as Hotel Cleaning Assistants.

  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hotel public areas, including corridors, lifts, stairwells, reception areas, and other common spaces.
  • Assist room attendants with their daily tasks, ensuring that rooms are cleaned and prepared to a high standard.
  • Maintain guest room pantries and ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly.
  • Help answer guest requests and assist where possible, providing excellent customer service at all times.

About You

  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with positive involvement and interaction with guests and hotel staff.
  • Able to work a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday, with varying hours.
  • Must have at least 4 days availability to work over a rotating roster.

Requirements

  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Proven track record of cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Team player with ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.
  • Honesty and reliability.
  • Takes pride in work, respectful, and accountable.
