We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in a challenging role that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD's calendar and coordinate internal and external meetings, including board meetings, investor relations, and high-profile events.
  • Arrange travel logistics for domestic and international travel and manage all forms of communication for the MD.
  • Organise and support board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and board packs, catering, and refreshments.
  • Track and follow up on key action items from meetings and build strong relationships with Board members and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain the ASX announcements email list and update the company website.
  • Prepare AGM, announcements, and presentations and coordinate investor roadshows twice a year.
  • Oversee office management and perform other ad-hoc administration duties.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management within a corporate office is essential.
  • Experience working in an ASX listed company is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills, strong communication skills, alignment on company values, strong relationship building skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
