About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Executive to join our team at Bayside Group. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our products and enhance brand awareness.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to support product launches, brand positioning, and market expansion efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate product value propositions.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including website content, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising, to drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, such as advertising campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness, to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and industry partners, to foster collaboration and drive brand advocacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in marketing, business administration, or related field plus 2 years full-time experience or at least five years of relevant full-time experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
