Job Role Summary

Pegasystems, a leading provider of strategic applications, helps government clients adapt to digital transformation. Our solutions automate, streamline, and rethink work processes in the public sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to state government agencies, understanding their needs and creating tailored architectures.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to create high-quality technical demonstrations, evaluating how Pega's technology drives improvements in public service delivery.
  • Analyze key issues in state government enterprises, developing strategies to achieve business goals by streamlining operations and engaging constituents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • You have experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development, preferably in the government sector.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, cloud-based delivery models, digital transformation strategies, compliance standards (e.g., IRAP, ISM), and data sovereignty principles.
  • Background in delivering complex technology solutions within secure environments, certification in Pega or similar enterprise software platforms is beneficial.
