Key Job Brief

We are seeking a talented Event Manager to join our ANZ Team.

The Events Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of events and formats, including Large Scale Events & Exhibitions, Hybrid & Virtual Events, Roadshows, Custom Events and Webinars.

  • Works strategically on overall event delivery
  • Collaborates with internal departments daily to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Manages venues, suppliers and external stakeholders on all aspects of event operations
Responsibilities
  • End-to-end event management – ensuring projects run on time, stakeholders are communicated with professionally
  • Event logistics – develop and manage critical path, handle logistics and suppliers within necessary timeframes and budgets
  • Delegate liaison – maintain accurate records, communicate regularly to optimize engagement and participation
  • Speaker liaison – confirm speaker and session details, coordinate AV requirements
  • Sponsor/Partner liaison – engage sponsors pre-event
  • Supplier management – communicate and negotiate with venues, AV providers, and print services
  • Interactive website – update with necessary information
  • Professional communication – maintain confidence in written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Post-event analysis – manage evaluations, collate feedback, conduct debriefs and reviews
  • Internal collaboration – work with production, sales, and marketing teams to promote and support events
  • Admin support – provide administrative support to the event team as needed
