Freedom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Leader to join our Sydney inner city suburbs stores team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in retail management, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving store performance.

As a Retail Leader, you will be responsible for mentoring your team to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals, which will in turn elevate the store's performance.

You will also be required to:

  • Utilize your commercial acumen to increase profitability, maximizing opportunities across sales, interior decorator programs, Net Promoter Score (NPS), engagement, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and strike rates.
  • Inspire your team and customers with your product knowledge and passion for the Freedom brand.
  • Create a positive work environment focused on teamwork and collaboration, supported by a high-performance culture through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and recommend potential solutions; we value our team's input on how we can improve.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including rostering, financial performance, onboarding new starters, ad hoc training, and other duties as required.
  • Elevate safety as part of your team's day-to-day, empowering them to proactively identify and mitigate risks.

With a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and quarterly bonus eligibility, this role offers limitless career growth opportunities. You will receive full training on our range of products, leadership skills, and internal/external development programs.
