About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Business Development Store Manager to join our team at Freedom, the home of innovation, empowerment, and opportunity. With a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

What You Will Do

As a Business Development Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth;
  • Mentoring and coaching your team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Managing store operations, including rostering, financial performance, and onboarding new starters;
  • Embedding safety as part of your team's day-to-day activities, empowering them to proactively identify and mitigate risk;
  • Reporting to the Area Leader, your contribution will also include using commercial acumen to increase profitability and recommending potential solutions to improve store performance.

With a background in retail management, you will have a strong understanding of commercial acumen and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies. As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to achieve their goals and exceed customer expectations.

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
