Financial Services Representative

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the insurance industry and its complexities. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be the key contact for our customers, fostering relationships built on trust, expertise, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Gain in-depth knowledge of financial products to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Promote team success by cultivating a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
- Manage financial transactions, including receivables, reconciliations, payment plans, and disputes.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via phone or chat.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide tailored solutions or alternatives.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings based on established criteria.
- Effectively communicate on inbound and outbound calls.
- 2-3 years of experience in a financial transaction role.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences.
- Resourceful and flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
