As an Occupational Therapist with MedHealth Group, you will be responsible for assessing and treating participants with disabilities, developing and implementing individualised therapy plans to promote independence, health, and well-being.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including carers, family members, and healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless delivery of services and optimal outcomes for our participants.
A key aspect of this role is to provide education and support to participants, carers, and other stakeholders on adaptive strategies and techniques to enhance daily living activities, productivity, and participation.
