Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and complete delivery of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high quality and profitability while minimising financial and contractual risks.

As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects concurrently at various stages of construction, conducting regular programme and internal project audits, managing dispute resolution between clients and subcontractors, reviewing and improving construction methodologies, and managing subcontractors. You will also ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or a similar field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience within the construction industry. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong financial analysis and administrative focus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications and Requirements:
