Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Sydney, NSWSalary: $100,000 – $150,000 per annum (based on experience)Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial or residential construction projects, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:· Manage all phases of construction projects from concept through completion· Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders· Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets· Oversee procurement of materials and coordination of subcontractors· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards· Provide regular updates to senior management and clients· Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed Required Skills and Qualifications:· Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (minimum 2-4 years)· Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field· Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and regulatory requirements· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills· Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite· Strong communication and negotiation abilities· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously· Competitive salary package based on experience ($100,000–$150,000)· Opportunities for career advancement· Supportive and collaborative work environment· Professional development and training opportunities How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this role.
