Job Summary

A Construction Project Leader is required to oversee the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Select and engage consultants to produce construction documentation.
  • Coordinate the documentation process with consultants and manage client expectations during the design and construction process.
  • Run project meetings, follow up on issues raised by consultants, and hand over documentation to the construction team for assistance during construction.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Leadership role. Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential, and experience within the ECI and Tender Phase as well as the Construction & Delivery Phase is advantageous.
