We are seeking a driven and strategic leader to help grow our Civil Engineering division on the Gold Coast.

This is a key leadership position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the division, growing our client base, and guiding the team to deliver outstanding engineering outcomes.

  • Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships across Queensland.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Civil team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
  • Provide expert technical guidance, ensuring delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify new markets and align divisional goals with broader business strategy.

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • Proven experience in growing engineering divisions or practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Extensive experience in delivering diverse civil engineering projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sector trends, innovations, and best practice.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
