Senior Civil Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. This role involves contributing to the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from feasibility studies and concept design to detailed design and construction.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on Urban Development projects within South East Qld. or Northern NSW, with excellent technical report writing competency and ability to present design options and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to design delivery from feasibility studies and concept design to detailed design and construction.
  • Coordination of small project teams.
  • Presenting concepts and designs to clients and senior management.
  • Technical quality assurance and report writing.
  • Participating in client workshops and communicating with key government stakeholders.
  • Managing selected projects meeting budgetary, quality and timeframe targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Highly regarded technical report writing competency.
  • Proven agility to work across multiple projects at once, coordinating design teams and liaising with clients.
  • Ability to work in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
  • Ability to present design options and decisions.

Must Have Experience:

  • Experience working on Urban Development projects within South East Qld. or Northern NSW.

Desirable Accreditation:

  • RPEQ or working towards this accreditation is highly advantageous.
