About the Role

  • We're offering a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plastics production facility, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance, meet quality standards, and achieve business goals.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and support the development of future leaders within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions, including Maintenance, Quality, and Safety, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

About You

  • Demonstrated leadership expertise in driving Zero Harm cultures and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, Engineering, or Manufacturing are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in plastics and recycling industries, with a strong understanding of SAP/MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
