This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment as a Healthcare Support Professional. You will be responsible for assisting Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality clinical services to clients in Residential Aged Care settings.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver physiotherapy services according to established procedures and policies.
  • Provide support to Allied Health Professionals in the delivery of client-centred care.
  • Transport residents to therapy areas and appointments under the direction of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
  • Setup and pack away physiotherapy equipment and areas.
  • Collect referrals and administrative tasks guided by Physiotherapists.
  • Order prescribed equipment as required.
  • Run exercise groups and programs.
  • Support client and contract expectations initiatives.
  • Consult with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists regarding adaptations, changes, and progressions of treatment plans.
  • Participate in mentoring, supervision, and appraisals following company policy and procedure.
