This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment as a Healthcare Support Professional. You will be responsible for assisting Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality clinical services to clients in Residential Aged Care settings.
">Key Responsibilities:- Deliver physiotherapy services according to established procedures and policies.
- Provide support to Allied Health Professionals in the delivery of client-centred care.
- Transport residents to therapy areas and appointments under the direction of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
- Setup and pack away physiotherapy equipment and areas.
- Collect referrals and administrative tasks guided by Physiotherapists.
- Order prescribed equipment as required.
- Run exercise groups and programs.
- Support client and contract expectations initiatives.
- Consult with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists regarding adaptations, changes, and progressions of treatment plans.
- Participate in mentoring, supervision, and appraisals following company policy and procedure.
