Senior Conveyancing Specialist

The Property and Planning practice area encompasses:
- Residential and commercial conveyancing;
- Retail and commercial leasing;
- Supporting state and local government authorities on leasing, acquisition and disposals of land and easements.
With the flexibility to work remotely, this role is based in our Sydney office.
We are seeking a lawyer with drive and capacity to succeed. Post-admission experience, particularly in NSW conveyancing, leasing, and property transactions, is essential.
A passion for property law, strong work ethic, ability to manage competing priorities, analytical skills, teamwork, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Experience with the PEXA platform is desired.
