Are you looking to take the next step in your Conveyancing career? We have a dynamic opportunity available for a Registered Conveyancer to join our team.

We are a leading provider of professional conveyancing services, delivering a modern, positive, and seamless experience to our clients. Our Conveyancing work encompasses Residential, Commercial, and Business Settlements, Land Division, and preparation of Form 1's.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Conveyancer who can manage files from end to end and possess the following skills;

  • Preparation of Contracts and Form 1s for Conveyancing as well as our Form 1 Company
  • Residential Conveyancing Documentation & Settlements
  • Preparation of Land Division Documentation
  • Commercial & Business Contracts & Settlements
  • Providing and preparing advice for clients in relation to property settlements & Contracts
  • Liaising with all stakeholders in a transaction
  • Attend to Settlement/lodgements using PEXA

About You:

You will enjoy the fast-paced nature of conveyancing with a minimum of 3 years experience working in a conveyancing position. Your professional skills, knowledge, and expertise will be evident, ensuring your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, strong communication and customer service skills, and attention to detail in preparation of documentation and communication.

Experience:
