Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights
  • Valid Police Check or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check
Benefits
  • $47.25 - $59.02hr + 12% Super
