The cornerstone of our organization's success lies in a well-structured solution architecture. As a vital member of our team, you will spearhead the strategy and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across our enterprise.

To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in developing and driving the enterprise architecture strategy for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and technology frameworks.

You will provide leadership and governance for large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations, optimizing system performance, scalability, and security.

A critical aspect of this position involves collaborating with senior business and IT leaders to align architecture with strategic goals and identify technical risks to ensure long-term sustainability.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

We seek individuals with at least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, particularly those with expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
