Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our hiring campaigns, drive employer brand initiatives and implement people strategies that align with our workforce needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:

This role will involve leading end-to-end recruitment for salaried roles, ensuring inclusive hiring and onboarding experiences, and partnering with stakeholders to attract, select, and retain top talent. You will also be responsible for managing employee transitions, offer processes, and onboarding documentation, as well as supporting internal communication activities.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with a background in internal communications.
  • Prior experience working with diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives is highly regarded.
  • You hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Commerce or a related field.
  • The Coal Mining sector is essential to your expertise, and you have experience working with SAP – Success Factors (Recruitment Module).
  • You possess strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are also required for this role.
