The Role of the Rehabilitation and Relationship Manager is to support clients and colleagues in achieving their goals.

This challenging role requires empathy, effective communication skills, and collaboration with stakeholders to co-ordinate services and rehabilitation for clients.

Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing biopsychosocial plans, communicating clearly with clients, and engaging with stakeholders to facilitate return to work goals and programs.

Clients may have sustained injuries and a range of biopsychosocial issues impacting recovery. The successful candidate will take a holistic view of client needs and develop plans for a client-centered approach to support recovery.

An ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
