Energy Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Energy Advisor. As an Energy Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized advice and guidance on energy-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their energy needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on energy-related topics, including energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable energy options
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments to provide informed and relevant advice to customers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the energy or utilities industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex energy-related data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
