About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Data Analytics Consultant to join our team at Lucid Insights. As a key member of our data and analytics team, you will be responsible for delivering best-practice data and analytics capabilities to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver business insight solutions that drive organizational performance and growth.
  • Provide exceptional services to clients, including stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Assist and advise clients on their data strategy and transformation programs.
  • Develop and maintain best-practice data and analytics solutions.
  • Present information through reports and visualization of products.
  • Translate business needs and technical specifications.
  • Conduct data and analytics products testing and troubleshooting.
  • Deploy data and analytics products and conduct user training presentations.
  • Maintain and improve existing data and analytics products.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Develop business analytics strategies, roadmaps, and BI solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor.

Ideal Capabilities:

  • Experience with problem-solving and communicating with business stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering projects in professional services or corporate environments.
  • Hands-on experience across the Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, Azure).
  • Ability to provide a client experience built upon flexibility, transparency, and integrity.
  • Prior experience in a similar role as a Data Analyst is highly advantageous.
  • Microsoft certification related to at least one of the following areas: data engineering, data science, or data analytics.
  • Understanding or experience in advanced analytics, e.g., machine learning, IoT.
  • Experience delivering projects in an agile manner.
  • Experience with other Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau, Qlik Sense/QlikView, or SAP Crystal Reports.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Experience working with Microsoft data and analytics technology solutions.
