The Program Manager for Digital Literacy will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital literacy program. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to increase digital literacy across the organization, focusing mainly on data and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement a Digital Literacy Program: Drive the adoption of Data Analytics and AI technology across the firm by creating and executing a comprehensive digital literacy program.
- Manage the Digital Literacy Program Lifecycle: Ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital literacy programs from start to finish.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Identify and address digital literacy needs by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and deliver training and support programs to improve digital literacy skills.
- Monitor and Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the digital literacy program and make improvements as needed.
- Communicate Program Progress: Communicate program progress and impact to stakeholders.
- Coordinate Technology Adoption: Coordinate technology adoption resources as needed.
Demonstrated Experience and Attributes:
Essential:
- Accounting/Financial Sector Experience: Your experience should include the accounting/financial sector and some form of project management certification.
- Training Program Development: Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including creating training materials and conducting workshops and seminars.
- Change Management: Familiarity with change management principles and experience in driving adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Program Coordination: Experience in coordinating external vendors and internal resources to deliver a program of works.
- Organizational Change Management: Experience in organizational change management.
- Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Documentation and Organization: Strong documentation and organization skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Travel: A willingness to travel to interstate offices.
Education Requirements:
Essential:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification in Learning & Development, Business, and/or IT.
Desirable:
- Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft SQL & Excel Certifications.
