About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Consultant to join our team at Data#3 Ltd. As a Cloud Consultant, you will play a key role in analyzing requirements, producing solution designs, implementing, and troubleshooting M365 Modern Work solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, Design & Deliver Modern Work Solutions
    • Identity Solutions – Entra ID, Entra Identity Protection, Hybrid Identity;
    • Endpoint Solutions – Windows Client Deployment, Device & App Management (Intune & MECM/SCCM);
    • Messaging Solutions – Exchange Online & Exchange Hybrid;
    • Microsoft Teams Administration and Operations – including Teams Calling & Meeting Rooms;
    • Security Solutions – Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Identity, & Cloud Apps; and
    • Assess security and gaps in current state and define Governance baselines.
  • Document proposed and implemented solutions;
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, applying a customer-focused approach;
  • Provide sales and/or presales assistance.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer-facing, technical engineering &/or consulting role;
  • Proven experience delivering M365 Modern Work Solutions;
  • Experience in conducting client workshops with all levels of stakeholders;
  • The ability to work autonomously or in small teams to complete client outcomes;
  • Excellent documentation skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Highly desirable skills:
    • Copilot for M365 – plan, design, and deploy, including integration with third-party data sources and AI solutions; and
    • Microsoft Azure Infrastructure skills, including networking and security architectures.
Qualifications & Clearances
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in an IT-related discipline is desirable;
  • Hold or be willing to obtain current M365 Modern Work certifications; and
  • Ideally, hold a Current Australian Department of Defence security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
