About Our Role

At Acumen Health, our team of experts focuses on workplace health, injury management and safety, delivering exceptional services across personal injury and occupational health.

We provide comprehensive support to get clients back to work and life, regardless of age, stage or situation. Our personal injury division offers services through Workers Compensation, Motor Accident Schemes and Life Insurance.

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of others.

You will work with ADF personnel, taking a holistic care approach within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Performing assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders including employees, medical specialists and treatment providers.
  • Working across ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting Veterans and current ADF members.

Work location may vary between local ADF bases, the Acumen office and client sites, with flexible options for remote work.

Part-time or full-time arrangements are available, considering your needs and preferences.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA (EP), ASORC or AASW.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology or Social Work.
  • Clinical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • A passion for helping people rehabilitate.
