About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Employment Solutions team, which provides specialist tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients. As part of this role, you will be responsible for consulting and advising on employment taxes, including FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG and employee versus contractor matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert advice on employment tax laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with clients to develop effective solutions to complex tax issues
  • Designing and implementing share plans for C-suite and other levels
  • Teaming with data and technology experts to design automated tools
  • Coaching and mentoring team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Law, Mathematics or similar
  • Experience in a similar or complementary role
  • Strong research and legal interpretation skills
  • Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services
