Drive Business Growth

We are seeking a skilled Retail Design Manager to deliver exceptional retail experiences and drive business growth for our clients.

This role will be responsible for creating innovative retail designs that meet the needs of our customers, while also ensuring that our stores are functional, efficient, and profitable.

The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, as well as strong project management and communication skills. They will be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to bring projects to life and deliver results.

About the Role

  • Create effective retail designs that meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including site investigation, feasibility studies, and construction documentation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Analyze data to inform design decisions and optimize store layouts for improved functionality and financial performance

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Experience in supermarket/food convenience retail design and documentation preferred
  • High level of working knowledge in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD essential
  • Demonstrated presentation skills and portfolio of relevant works
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
