About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products, championing the vital work plumbers do every day. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and information about products
  • Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
  • Helping to maintain a safe and tidy branch environment
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with previous experience in retail sales or customer service, who enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone. You'll also need to be able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate. A clean, valid driver's licence and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, is also a must.
