
Incident Response Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced incident operations specialist to oversee the management of incidents and issues within a financial services organization.
This involves coordinating across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely identification, recording, and resolution of incidents. The successful candidate will have strong coordination skills and experience in project management or business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the day-to-day management of incident response activities, ensuring timely closure and escalation of risks or delays to senior management.
- Manage and track progress of incident resolution, ensuring data accuracy and performing quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive down incident volume and support compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Support the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system, ensuring data accuracy and performing quality assurance checks.
- Conduct trend analysis and prepare regular reporting for senior stakeholders on incident patterns and performance against targets.
- Coordinate and engage a large stakeholder group involved in incident management workflows.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operations management, with a solid understanding of risk, compliance, and incident management in the financial services sector. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex data and identifying trends.
Requirements:- Strong familiarity with GRC systems and incident management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
- Experience in incident remediation or issue management roles within superannuation.
