About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled coordinator to manage the delivery of incident response services. This is a client-facing position responsible for ensuring timely and effective responses to cyber incidents across a diverse client base.
The ideal candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth engagements, informed clients, and valuable outcomes. As a liaison between clients and technical specialists, you will enable seamless communication and coordination.
Key responsibilities include coordinating multiple teams for efficient service delivery, developing and implementing effective incident response strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
