About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Business Unit, assisting with client invoices, claims, and subcontractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and subcontractor Project Registers in accordance with Zinfra procedures and policies.
- Support field workers in updating SAP for timesheets and expenses, ensuring timely approval and payment.
- Prepare payment proposal claims and invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate uniform ordering and receipt processing, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
About You
- Experience with SAP and Upvise (preferred).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS suite of software.
- High data input speed and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong time management skills to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
