About Our Exercise Physiology Team

Simply Stronger Exercise Physiology is a well-established business with a strong focus on education and support for our clients. We pride ourselves on our personalized approach and our ability to empower our clients to take control of their health.

Our team is passionate about exercise prescription and education, and we regularly participate in professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and research.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one, partner, and small group sessions with clients in our purpose-built exercise studio, as well as hydro and home sessions.
  • Work with a diverse range of clients, including private, NDIS, TAC, and workcover clients.
  • Develop and implement lifestyle change programs for clients, including home, gym, and hydro programs.
  • Use Cliniko for note taking, appointment booking, and payments, with full training provided.
  • Write reports for insurers, including NDIS, TAC, and workcover, with support and training provided.
  • Develop connections with GPs and other health professionals.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong desire to create change within a client-centered approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and create a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pilates experience, particularly with mat pilates, reformer, and trapeze table, is an advantage or willingness to undertake training.
  • A strong thirst to learn, grow, and develop, both personally and to support those around you to do the same.
  • Graduate Diploma or Masters of Exercise Rehabilitation/Physiology or equivalent.
  • ESSA Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certificate.
  • Public Liability Insurance.
  • Police check, working with children check, and NDIS Provider Screen.
  • Capacity to acquire a Medicare provider number.
