Job Summary

Alfred Health is seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our Population Health Team at Caulfield Community Health Service. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will provide clinical support to physical activity programs and manage a diverse caseload, delivering high-quality Exercise Physiology services to the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to physical activity programs and staff
  • Manage a diverse caseload and deliver high-quality Exercise Physiology services
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans
  • Deliver individual and group-based exercise interventions for CCHS clients
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic client care
  • Liaise with agencies to coordinate, facilitate, and communicate client treatment and outcomes
  • Participate in regular supervision to ensure quality professional practice
Requirements
  • Current accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist with ESSA and adherence to PD requirements
  • Current Victorian Driver's license
  • At least 1 year post-qualifying clinical experience as an Exercise Physiologist
  • Proven ability to independently assess and prescribe clinical exercise
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
