The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion within agency protocols and procedures.
- Provide administrative support, including record management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Communicate effectively with staff, stakeholders, and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to drive a vehicle while performing duties.
- Relevant experience in computer-based information management systems and administrative customer service roles.
- Desirable: Pronto asset management module knowledge.
