We are seeking a skilled and organized Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a national operator, we have a diverse range of projects and clients across the country.

This role will involve coordinating and organizing daily trade schedules for both reactive and preventative facilities maintenance nationwide. You will be responsible for managing quotes, producing work orders, and optimizing business operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted timelines
  • Utilizing problem-solving expertise to build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally
  • Managing daily Modus trade schedules for reactive facilities maintenance

In addition to your coordination skills, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer service, coordination role, or facilities maintenance role
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
